Evening with the Pirates, presented by Irving Oil

The Portland Pirates Foundation will be holding the 2010 Evening with the Pirates, presented by Irving Oil on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at 7 p.m. at the Holiday Inn by the Bay.

Join your favorite member of the Pirates for a fun-filled, booty shaking night. The 2010 Evening with the Pirates, presented by Irving Oil, will feature Maine's premiere disco band, Motor Booty Affair so put on your best platform Pirate garb and get ready to shake your Pirate Booty! Along with the great entertainment, the Booster Club will be raising funds for Gary's House as well as other local charities through a silent auction.

Tickets for the event are $10 and can be purchased by calling (207) 828-4665 x 319, at the Booster Club table in the Civic Center lobby on game days, and online by clicking here.

In the 10 years of this event, the Portland Pirates Foundation has raised over $245,000 for local charities
and community programs, including The Barbara Bush Children's Hospital at Maine Medical Center.
