Coyotes Reassign Mike Lee to Gwinnett (ECHL)

Portland, Maine – Phoenix Coyotes Assistant General Manager and Portland Pirates General Manager Brad Treliving announced today that the Coyotes have reassigned goaltender Mike Lee from the Portland Pirates of the American Hockey League to the Gwinnett Gladiators of the ECHL.

The 6-foot-1, 190 pound Lee started 2 games with the Pirates during his call up, recording a win against Manchester and a shootout victory over Worcester. In 3 games over two separate stints with the Pirates this season, Lee has a 3-0-0-0 record with a 1.31 Goals Against Average and a .960 save percentage.

In 25 games with Gwinnett this season, Lee has posted a line of 12-11-1 with 2 shutouts with a 2.12 Goals Against Average and a .918 save percentage.

The 22-year-old native of Roseau, Minnesota was selected by the Phoenix Coyotes in round 3 (#91 overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft
