On behalf of our staff, please accept our apologies for the regrettable and embarrassing error which took place at the start of our home game at the Civic Center on November 2nd, when we failed to include the playing of the Canadian National Anthem before the opening face-off. This was not done intentionally; it simply was not included in the final event presentation script. All of us on staff take full responsibility for this omission and are fully aware of the gravity of the situation. I do not expect it will happen again.
